Fred Staehr
First Vice President
In 1966 Fred Staehr came to Jackson Hole from Nebraska as a first-year teacher. He retired after 40 years of teaching mathematics and coaching various sports in the Teton County School District. Over the years, Fred balanced his teaching career with summers on the river as a fishing guide for Crescent H Ranch. Fred has enjoyed many years of skiing, fishing, hiking and hunting in the valley. He and his wife Jeanie are grateful to the many generous people who have protected so much of this valley for future generations. |
